Mission Statement

A21, abolish slavery in the 21st Century, is an organization that believes in a world without slavery. It’s all about the one: One step at a time. One dollar at a time. One life at a time. A21 Lubbock is geared toward raising awareness in our local community and working with others to realize this vision in west Texas. Since fall 2015, there have been approximately 125 victims in Lubbock, and most indicated they had been trafficked as a child. In 2016, Voice of Hope, Rape Crisis Center, reported 55 human trafficking victims, within 24% being children.

Be the Change. Bring the Change. Awareness/Fundraiser Event TBA 2019
All proceeds benefit A21

• Partner with Voice of Hope, ladies who work with victims of sex trafficking in the South Plains. Often they have no belongings when rescued, so donations of gift cards for places like Wal-Mart, Target and Ross help the girls get basic needs met before they are sent to treatment centers. Duffle bags are also needed for the girls to keep belongings. All can be dropped at the Southcrest office. A special drive is planned for October.

• We are collecting supplies for Serenity bags, with the drive in October. Please contact One Voice Home and Open Door, for what is needed.
